Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled / rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the entire cost of your reservation.
If you simply experience a breach of the 48 hour cancellation window, a charge of 50% may be made based on the timing. If you cancel in the 24 hour window you will be charged 100% of services booked.
If this occurs more than once, the full amount will be charged. We understand emergencies happen, but please also use buffer time before your appointment to account for some of those.

Late Arrivals
If you know you are going to be late, please call us ASAP!
If time allows, we will happily take you in!
If the timing of your delayed arrival causes us to have to reschedule, you may be charged 50% of the service as a late fee. This late fee compensates your provider’s time they reserved for you that was not available to other clients.
If this happens more than once, we will charge you for your future appointments at the time of booking. -All appointments that are scheduled require a credit card on file.
Why would we not accommodate Late-Arrival?
The time scheduled ensures the best results! We won’t compromise on quality, rush your provider, or clients scheduled afterwards.
10+ Minutes Late And Haven’t Let us Know?
We assume you aren’t coming and treat this as a no-show.
You will be charged the full amount of the booked service. Emergencies happen, but plan buffer time and communicate with us!
No Show Clients And Repeatedly Late Clients:
We will charge your future services at time of booking.
We do our best to accommodate when and where we can, but if it’s still an issue after that, per our discretion, it’s possible that you may not be able to book with us in the future. This will be on a case by case basis.

Kids & Extra Guest Policy
We love you and we love your little ones, but we ask that you leave them at home. Between keeping a sterile setting, the presence of cleaning chemicals, your relaxation, and your esthetician's focus- it’s truly safest and the only way we’re able to guarantee results you love. Out of respect for our other guests and our team, we want to ensure a calm, peaceful vibe.
Unless your mom, bestie, etc., also has a service booked, this no extra-guest policy extends to them as well.

Outside Food and Drink NOT Permitted
We ask that you do not bring in any outside food and/or drink.
It is important that we keep the spa clean and allergen-free for all of our clients.
Complimentary water bottles are available.
